3000 meter — as fast as we could

To kick off what will undoubtedly be the greatest season in Pilsheim RC history, we lined up at Øya for a no-excuses 3000m time trial. Cold pavement, fresh legs, and absolutely no sandbagging allowed. Four runners gave everything they had.
